How spunbond is made...
Spunbond is made from 100% pure polypropylene. Polypropylene pellets are melted and extruded into fine fibres which in turn are laid and bonded to form spunbond fabric. The unique technology used in its fabrication allows for equal strength in both machine and cross direction of the fabric. The fabric is produced to the highest quality and complies with European standards and regulations.
